Comments Submitted to the Federal Register on Upgrades to the U.S. New Car Assessment Program (NCAP)

On June 8, 2022 Advocates for Highway and Auto Safety (Advocates) and the Consumer Federation of America (CFA) filed comments to the federal register outlining proposed upgrades to the U.S. New Car Assessment Program (NCAP).  The comments describe in great detail how NCAP can be improved to achieve its stated purpose of educating consumers on vehicle safety and incentivizing automakers to improve the safety of their products.  To read the full comments CLICK HERE.
