Advocates Urges House Committee to Prioritize Safety Issues in Next Transportation Reauthorization

WA: Advocates Spearheads Letter Supporting .05 BAC Limit in to Tackle Impaired Driving Tragedies

Ahead of a hearing today in the state Senate Law and Justice Committee, Advocates, along with several other coalition partners have sent a letter supporting Senate Bill (SB) 5067. This legislation will lower the per se limit of alcohol-impaired driving to .05 percent blood alcohol concentration (BAC), deter drunk driving and save lives. Read the full letter here.
