Coalition urges New Jersey Legislature to approve practice hours legislation (S1963/A1354) in the post-election session. Arkansas, Mississippi, and New Jersey are the only states in the nation that currently don’t require this life-saving practice for new drivers.

On March 24, 2021 Advocates for Highway and Auto Safety (Advocates) sent a letter to the Wisconsin Senate Committee on Transportation and Local Government calling for changes to improve Senate Bill (SB) 15, which would lower the age of entry into the state’s graduated driver licensing (GDL) law from 15.5 to 15 years.
