Advocates sent a joint letter to Members of the House Appropriations Committee in advance of the markup on June 27th in the Subcommittee on Transportation and Housing and Urban Development and Related Agencies that makes the case for increased funding for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to fulfill its safety mandate.
