Advocates and the Skilled Motorcyclist Association Urge Tennessee Lawmakers to Preserve the State’s All-Rider Motorcycle Helmet Law

On February 28, 2022, Advocates for Highway and Auto Safety (Advocates) and the Skilled Motorcyclist Association – Responsible, Trained and Educated Riders, Inc. (SMARTER), sent a letter to the Tennessee House Subcommittee on Transportation urging opposition to House Bill (HB) 903 and its companion Senate Bill (SB) 1536, which would repeal Tennessee’s all-rider motorcycle helmet law.  To read the full letter CLICK HERE.
