The House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure Subcommittee on Highways and Transit will hold a hearing on January 22, 2025 titled: “America Builds: Highways to Move People and Freight.” In advance of the hearing, Advocates has submitted a letter to Chairman Rep. David Rouzer (R-NC) and Ranking Member Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) stressing the need for roadways that move people and freight be safe for all road users and that proven safety solutions should be included in the next transportation reauthorization legislation.
