Letter to the North Dakota Senate Transportation Committee on Senate Bill (SB) 2121: Primary Enforcement Seat Belt Legislation

On January 14, 2021, Advocates for Highway and Auto Safety, the North Dakota Public Health Association, the North Dakota Emergency Nurses Association and KidsAndCars.org sent a letter to the North Dakota Senate Transportation Committee in support of Senate Bill (SB) 2121, legislation to upgrade North Dakota’s seat belt law to primary enforcement for all occupants.  To read the letter, CLICK HERE.
