On November 4, 2021, a group letter was sent to the Kentucky General Assembly’s Interim Joint Committee on Transportation calling for an upgrade to the state’s distracted driving law. The letter was signed by AAA Club Alliance, AAA East Central, Advocates for Highway and Auto Safety, the Casey Feldman Foundation/EndDD.org, Kids and Car Safety, the National Safety Council, Safe Kids Worldwide, StopDistractions.org, and Kentucky Students Against Destructive Decisions.
