Letter in Support of Bills on Seat Belts and Automated Enforcement in Massachusetts

On October 13, 2021, Advocates for Highway and Auto Safety (Advocates) sent a letter to the Joint Committee on Public Safety and Homeland Security, General Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  The letter voiced support for Senate Bill (S) 1591 / House Bill (H) 2515 and H. 2543 to upgrade the state’s seat belt law to primary enforcement for all occupants and S. 1545, H. 2426 and H. 2532 to permit use of automated enforcement programs.  To read the full letter CLICK HERE.
