On February 19, 2021 Advocates for Highway and Auto Safety (Advocates) sent a letter to the North Carolina Senate Committee on Commerce and Insurance opposing Senate Bill (SB) 69. The measure would weaken North Carolina’s Graduated Driver Licensing (GDL) law. To read the letter CLICK HERE.
