On August 26, 2021 the Missouri Times published an op-ed by Cathy Chase, President of Advocates for Highway and Auto Safety. The op-ed discussed rising crash fatalities in Missouri, and the need to pass proven traffic safety laws, including re-enacting the state’s all-rider motorcycle helmet rider law.
