Advocates joined local and national safety partners to express support for AB 2276. This legislation would create an intelligent speed assistance (ISA) pilot program to curb “super speeders.” With 32 percent of California traffic deaths in 2023 involving speeding and speeding related fatalities increasing 31 percent in the state from 2014 to 2023 legislation like AB 2276 is necessary to save lives.
