The House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure’s Subcommittee on Highways and Transit is holding a hearing on December 13, 2023: “Oversight of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act: Modal Perspectives.” With deaths and injuries on our Nation’s roads at historically high levels, the safety advances included in the law by this Subcommittee must be implemented by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) in a comprehensive and expeditious manner.
