Advocates sent a letter today to the Chair and Vice Chair of the House Community Safety, Justice, & Reentry Committee of the Washington State Legislature in support of House Bill (HB) 2196. The legislation will lower the per se limit of alcohol-impaired driving to .05 percent blood alcohol concentration (BAC), deter drunk driving and save lives. Read letter here.
